These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KlyoChat, provided by Pointerflow LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your team's activity, and keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any channel or store you link to KlyoChat.

Acceptable use

You agree to use KlyoChat lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and the policies of each connected platform — including consent and anti-spam rules for broadcasts.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Usage beyond plan limits may incur add-on charges as described on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Third-party platforms

KlyoChat integrates with platforms like Meta and Telegram. Their availability, rate limits, and rules (such as the Meta 24-hour messaging window) are outside our control and may affect functionality.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You can export your data before closing your account.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
