• Information you provide — account details, billing information, and anything you send us through forms or support.
• Connected channel data — when you connect a channel (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and others), we process the messages and contacts needed to power your unified inbox and automations.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the product is used, to improve it.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, process payments, power AI features you enable, communicate with you, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

When you use AI features (summaries, rewrites, translation, or agents), relevant message content is processed to generate a response. Knowledge bases you upload are used only to answer for your workspace.

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, payments, email) under contract, and where required by law. A current list is available on request.

Data retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Your rights
