Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on KlyoChat. It exists to keep the platform safe and compliant with the channels we connect to.

Prohibited activities

  • Sending spam or messaging contacts without the required consent.
  • Violating the policies of connected platforms (Meta, Telegram, and others), including their messaging windows and template rules.
  • Harassment, hate speech, fraud, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or usage quotas.
  • Reverse engineering or disrupting the service.

Broadcasts require tracked opt-in and honor opt-out for each contact, on each channel. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM) and platform policies.

AI use

AI features must not be used to generate deceptive, harmful, or policy-violating content, or to impersonate others without disclosure.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated abuse may be reported to the relevant platform.
