Analytics & Reporting

Growth, funnels, and response times — one calm dashboard.

This one's still on the roadmap, so here's the honest preview. KlyoChat Analytics pulls follower growth and engagement per channel, broadcast funnels from sent to clicked, and per-agent response times into a single report — the DM numbers Instagram and Facebook keep to themselves.

On the roadmap

This is on our near-term roadmap. Here's what we're building — track its progress.

What is Analytics & Reporting?

Analytics and reporting is the layer that turns your DM and broadcast activity into numbers you can act on — follower growth and engagement per channel, funnel conversion, and how fast your team replies. KlyoChat Analytics, rolling out now, pulls all of that from the same connected channels that power your inbox into one dashboard: per-channel growth, broadcast funnels from sent to clicked, and per-agent response times at the median and 90th percentile. It surfaces the Instagram and Facebook DM engagement numbers Meta never exposes natively — with no pixels, spreadsheet exports, or third-party scraping.

How it works

How KlyoChat Analytics will work

When Analytics ships, a saved report will be a small JSON spec — the metrics, channels, and breakdowns you want — that KlyoChat renders into the dashboard. Here's the shape it's taking.

1

Connect your channels

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and more feed one dataset — the same connections that power your inbox, with no pixels or spreadsheet exports to wire up.

2

Pick what to measure

Switch between growth (reach, engagement, follower change), broadcast funnels, and per-agent response time and volume from a single segmented control.

3

Filter and compare

Segment by channel, agent, or date range. Response times report at the median and the 90th percentile — never one flattering average.

4

Save it as a report

Pin the numbers you check every week into a custom report and schedule it to land in your inbox every Monday morning.

What you get

Everything in Analytics & Reporting

Growth Instagram keeps to itself

Instagram's app shows you follower count and a sliver of reach, but nothing about DM engagement. KlyoChat Analytics will chart reach, engagement, and follower change per channel — Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp — side by side, so you can tell which platform is actually growing instead of guessing.

Broadcast funnels that count 'opened'

Most messaging tools stop at sent, delivered, and clicked. Your broadcast funnel will break out all four stages — sent → delivered → opened → clicked — per broadcast and per channel, so a weak click rate tells you whether the problem is your list, your hook, or your offer.

Response time, measured honestly

A single average hides your worst conversations. KlyoChat will report first-response time at the median and the 90th percentile, from the customer's message to the first human reply, so a handful of slow threads can't quietly flatter — or wreck — the whole number.

Who's carrying the load, not just who's fast

Speed without volume is easy to fake. Per-agent reporting pairs response time with conversation volume, so you can see who is handling the most threads and rebalance the queue before someone quietly burns out.

Custom reports for your Monday numbers

Pick the metrics, channels, and date range you check every week, save it as a report, and schedule it to your inbox. No pivot tables and no CSV wrangling — the same dataset that powers your live inbox powers the report.
